The evening was remarkable. Around forty members and guests turned up, plus a number from our Committee, and much enjoyment was had looking at the highly dramatic photos of Patagonia, talking to a representative of the one cruise company that takes tourists around the Cape, discussing The State of the World and All Things Cambridge, and trying not to notice Dominic our photographer for the evening! Drinks and ‘finger foods’ were readily available and as usual Andrew Coningsby was an excellent host in his gallery, which we find meets our needs perfectly in terms of location and size, plus the wide variety of artwork he offers, for these very convivial, communal and stimulating Society evenings. We will be returning to the Gallery in September for another lovely experience.
