The Cambridge Society of London is seeking to stay connected with its members during the current health crisis and is trying new and innovative ways to do this. On Friday 27th March we were scheduled to enjoy a walking tour exploring the historic City of London, with regular Blue Badge Guide Caroline Piper. This was obviously not possible, so instead we moved from the real world to the virtual world with a video tour. This was our first attempt so, naturally, things did not go completely smoothly, but we think it turned out alright on the night and the final product has been shared with the ticket holders (also known as the guinea pigs). We would like to thank them for their open-mindedness to this new approach and are awaiting their feedback with crossed fingers and toes!
