On an amazingly tropical evening our in-the-know members gathered at the Frameless Gallery on Clerkenwell Green to meet, chat and network while studying and admiring the remarkable installations brought to London from Vienna by our Cambridge alumni hosts Vanda and Ciprian, owners of the gallery. Drinks, nibbles and strawberries were served throughout the evening, and we were surrounded by the jovial hubbub of the culture vultures who were out enjoying the last night of the 2012 Clerkenwell Design Week. This was an elegant and informal evening where everyone made new friends and contacts in an intriguing setting with some fascinating pieces of creativity. We commend our hosts for their efforts and we intend to organise more of such events, mixing the arts and our Cambridge community in the capital.
