The Society’s Annual Christmas Party on Monday provided a festive and fitting conclusion to what has been our busiest and most successful year yet.  The evening brought together 150 Cambridge graduates and their guests for a relaxed celebration to mark the end of the year.  Guests were welcomed with a choice of Champagne or sparkling elderflower on arrival, while canapés were served throughout the evening.  The atmosphere was warm and lively, with plenty of opportunity for conversation and reconnection among friends and fellow alumni.

We are grateful to Andrew Shailer-Smith, who kindly acted as our host for the evening by virtue of his membership at the Oxford and Cambridge Club, where the event was held – continuing a long established setting for this festive occasion.

This year’s celebration was also a moment to reflect on 2024 – a year that not only saw the highest growth in our membership but also featured the busiest calendar of events in the Society’s history.

With such a successful year behind us, we look forward to continuing this momentum into 2025.  Thank you to all who joined us for this wonderful evening – here’s to an exciting year ahead for the Society!
